History

The Janice Rowell Gallery opened in 1999, fulfilling a long time dream of Janice's to share her love and knowledge of contemporary American art and craft in a gallery setting. Janice has been making her wheel thrown porcelain for thirty years and has shown in many of the country's premier craft shows. She has had her own gallery shows and her work is in private and museum collections. The stable of artists she has assembled in the gallery - some twenty five presently - include several whom she has known for many years and they all represent some of the finest examples in their media.

Location

The gallery is located in Rockaway Beach Plaza, steps from the beach, hotels and restaurants. The city of Pacifica is a twenty minute drive from either San Francisco or the San Francisco International Airport and is a stop for those traveling along coastal Highway 1.

Wednesday through Saturday 12 - 6, Sunday 12 - 5 and by appointment.
